Asylum is a legal process where a person who fears persecution in their home country due to their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group can seek protection in another country.
We offer our court representation service to accompany and handle defensive processes before the Department of Justice. We work closely with our clients to understand their situation and develop a solid and effective strategy to address their case in court.
The family petition process is a resource available to both citizens and permanent residents to reunite their family who are in other countries and/or out of status.
Through this process, the beneficiary can obtain a permanent resident card if they meet all the required conditions.
The U visa is an option available for victims of serious crimes who have cooperated with US authorities in the investigation or prosecution of those crimes. The U visa provides victims the opportunity to live and work in the United States and eventually obtain permanent residency if they meet certain requirements.
VAWA Protection is available for victims of domestic violence who are spouses or children of U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents. It allows them to live and work legally in the United States.
