Who can apply?
 

• Professionals with Advanced Degrees: Individuals who hold a graduate degree (master’s or PhD) or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of progressive experience in their field.
   

• Individuals with Exceptional Abilities: Those with a level of expertise significantly above the average in fields such as science, arts, education, business, or athletics.
