SECTION FIVE: FEES
In this section, you will find the total amount of the fees you have agreed to pay for legal services. You will also find the payment agreement for those fees, including the number, amount, and due date of each payment you must make, as well as the minimum payment required for IOK to submit the case to the appropriate immigration authority or court. Finally, you will find the costs payable for the case evaluation and intake process.
FEE
In this section of the contract, you will find the total cost of the services, the payment schedule with exact dates, and the minimum amount required to submit your application to the immigration authorities.
